How to Repair damaged/corrupt JPG?

hello everyone,

well, i have recovered some images from my camera card, images recovered successfully but just two of them are okay and visible, all other files says 'no preview available on windows picture and fax viewer and in photoshop it says ‘unknown or invalid JPEG maker type if found’ … no image is displayed in IE and ACDsee… etc

i have tried alot of things …like changing its extension… renaming etc but nothing works…

can anyone help… how to repair these images… the images are in JPG format…

Maybe you can try recovering them with PhotoRescue Pro trial version?

the software looks good , but it recovered too old images like one and half years old images… is there anyway that i can recover the latest picture which i lost…?

So it doesn’t have any kind of filter or browser to select the files you want to recover? :frowning:

there is a browser, but it shows me some images that are too old… i mean why it gone so back, why it can’t recover the recent deleted images…

plus i have also given the time period in its options in search like from this year to this…

the corrupted jpgs are also with on my hard drive, is there any way to repair them?
