How to replace simple html text box with tinymce or fckeditor

hi,

how can i replace a simple looking html text area box with editors like tinymce or fckeditor.

i have seen that many people use it but dont know how i can make use of it for my website.

i have google for its step by step tutorial but didnt get it.

please help.
