I’m using a iphone Apps and when ever I try to open it show crash error. Can any one suggest me how to retrieve iPhone app crash report on different OS platform - Mac OS, Windows Vista,Windows XP ?
Well, I can tell you the basic and simple steps to sort out this problem of crashing upto some extent.
Close it from multi tasking bar
Reset your device
Delete and reinstall it
If the above steps doesn’t work out then you have to contact the developer.
Emailing from a device
Start by opening up the Settings app.
Navigate to General -> About -> Diagnostics & Usage -> Diagnostic & Usage Data.
Select a Chrome crash from the list. This will start with “Chrome_” and contain the timestamp of the crash.
Tap on the crash and you will see a text field with a crash log. Long press to Select All and then Copy the crash text.
Paste it into something you can get off of your device (for example, an email to yourself).
