How to see responsive design?

I have tested many Add-on inside browser like Mozilla. Is there the best responsive Add-on to install and see responsive design / testing?

I have an issue that some Add-on shows me an error like:

Take the edge of the browser and move it down the different screen sizes ;).

At work I use a Chrome addon (dunno if FF has one) called “Responsive Web Tester”.
