Let help to my question When i published my post in wordpress that automatically updates to all connected social accounts ( ie) Facebook, Twitter, Google + is there any effective plugins available?

They providing Share Button for post page.

Did that help? I wasn’t sure.

I don’t use Wordpress myself, so can probably provide limited advice on plug-ins.
