Hello ,
Can anybody tell me the proper use of hash tag in Facebook

It is too simple… just use hash tag on trending words…
let me explain with example…
I want to update “I love playing candy crush saga.” Here number of trending words are two-

  1. CandyCrush
  2. CandyCrushSaga

Most trending is CandyCrush…
So use hash tag on it … #CandyCrush
Simple :slight_smile:

yes no space between words, you can go as long as you want like #Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. :wink:

what if the trending topics are different than that of our post.

“Facebook Hashtag” using is the same as Twitter, Pinterest & Instagram.
You can use those words as a Hashtag (#) which is always searched by people.

Making hashtag is very much easy, write # (number sign) together with a topic or phrase (as a word written), and add it to your post.

You can use even sentences, for example #howtousehashtags :slight_smile:

Just add # with your main keyword.

For Example:
Kevin Durant awarded 2014 MVP
#KevinDurant awarded 2014 #MVP
