Html css template Advice

Any suggestions on identifying good sources of stable, customizable & secure html/css templates would be much appreciated.

Having searched for them I can see there are plenty of options but wondered if advice what to look for or avoid might help

What functionality are you looking for with your template? What specifically do you need? From an aesthetic standpoint, there are thousands probably. What are your requirements?

Initially I’m looking for a nice clean relatively simple corporate template along the lines of www.nevidethemes.com/?product=vena

Ideally I’d like to identify a recommended source/s from which I can hopefully find suitable templates over time that will allow me to have confidence in the source & get used to e.g. how their templates are edited etc.

(I did this with WordPress templates where www.studiopress.com was recommended to me on Site Point.)
