I need help. I’ve been trying to hire developers from odesk locally companies etc… I have tried doing this myself. I’ve thought about buying Dreamweaver and Photoshop but honestly I just want to do my business and leave the designing to a professional at this point. Can anyone suggest someone? My website and company is not making money so I can’t afford thousands of dollars right now on this.

There are a number of sites which offer crowd sourcing options - 99designs and designoutpost off the top of my head. Other than that, unless you “know” someone via cyberspace, you’d be better off asking local businesses you know who they used.

We don’t allow for people to troll for work here, so I have to close this thread now.
