Hi,

 i want to buy one domain and domain name contains keywords, i wanted this domain so i can get maybe ranking soon in google, it will work now a days or not, just i m little bit confused and scared about Google panda and penguin. please share your suggestions.

Having your targeted keywords on your domain name is good, but just think are you going to target your whole website for only that keyword. If so you can proceed. Or else get an unique name for your website and start doing SEO.
