I have tried adding directory plugins to my existing WP site, and I don’t like how they alter the layout/design. I have a custom theme/layout that I would like to keep intact. I would like to implement this section in the “page” format. I am adding a few new category directories and would like to know if anyone has come across a city/state/country template that I could use. Creating each page manually will take forever (I’m middle aged…). Is there a plugin or some type of existing hierarchy/drop-down menu that I could implement without creating each page from scratch?
Ideally, I would like to create a category for the directory and create the corresponding pages with a few steps.
Anyone have experience with this? I am not a coder; newbie language is appreciated.
