Ideas for effects etc

I have a page with some writting in boxes but it has been suggested that they want something more 3d or something. I get the idea of what they want i think they want some kind of dynamic content so I was thinking of having writing that pops up in clouds or something that moves when you hover over it. How do I get to know how to make this kind of content?

Have a look at the jQuery library and some of the effects that you can make using the transition and animations.
There are tooltips that can be modified to pop up text & graphics, search for ‘Coda Style popups’ and see what you get.
