when I add the plugin ie-css3-support I get an error that messes up my button alignment in IE:
Bad value for attribute media on element link: Media query ended prematurely.

How do I fix this?
Ive also got the error:

When you say plugin, are you using a CMS? And if so, which one?
Can you provide a link to the plugin you're using?

Your best bet would probably be to report the issue to the developer on the plugin's page on wordpress.com.
