Installation of ms sql2008 failed

Hello,
am trying to install MS SQL 2008 64bit on a 2cpu server. But get this error

I have changed the installation dir over and over again, but no luck

any advice ?

thats for an upgrade, though same error message. Mine is a fresh install

I finally found a work around it, after 2 days of PURE HEADACHE

I called M$ support and was asked to pay £199 ex vat to get a technician call me back.

The problem was the fact that i was running a 64 bit version, finally found a work around here
