Installing Ruby

ruby setup.rb when i type this i am getting a error
$ ruby setup.rb
/usr/lib/ruby/2.2.0/rubygems.rb:8:in require': cannot load such file -- rbconfig (LoadError) from /usr/lib/ruby/2.2.0/rubygems.rb:8:in < top (required) >’

I am completely new to it. Somebody please help me.

You should just be able to use the OneClick installer for Windows: http://rubyinstaller.org/

Those paths don’t seem like Windows paths.
