I want to use pl/pgsql in my phpmyadmin,how i can do that?
my hosting company use phpmyadmin for database, don’t had PostgreSQL

you cannot us pl/pgsql in phpmyadmin
your hosting company obviously uses mysql instead of postgresql (otherwise they wouldn’t offer phpmyadmin, which only works with mysql)
therefore you will have to use mysql’s procedural language (which doesn’t have a neat name)

And why my pgadmin 3 can’t listen port in my localhost?
