I’m pretty sure I need to use some javascript for this task.
I want to move up from simple html/css sites and begin developing more interesting sites.
I’d like to produce a site with a fixed top navigation bar and a sideways scrolling page underneath.
Does anyone have any links to some tutorials I could study to help me achieve this.
I have a image to explain what i’m trying to achieve.
Any help in achieving this would be really appreciated.
