I am trying to create a site for my church and I need to upload past sermon videos(many) to my site, so people can watch or download them and save to their local.
Many people suggested to use embedded video stream like You Tube (but it has size limit, so I need to find some site that does not limit the size, that's another question though), but my question is that Wordpress supports to download the embedded videos?
I found I can add You Tube video with url instead of video screen, so I can display many videos with url link which is good, but is there a way to let people down them? like some button beside the url link saying "download"

if they are using Firefox, there is an add-on called FlashCatch that is free, and can download videos from any source.

You could manually add a download link (which points directly to the video that's being embedded), it wouldn't require much effort and would do the task well.
