Is there a way to put a pop up Ad before a youtube video

I’m working on some project of mine and putting an pop up Ad before a youtube video will really help me out. Is there any way to make this happen and make it all white hat and legal without any tricks that can be banned from google?

You won’t be able to do it with adsense as it’s against their TaC. Try Bidvertiser

You could always embed the video on a web page and have the ad pop up there instead of directly in the video.
