Issues with IE, go figure

I was handed this file and I am trying to get it to work on my server. I moved it to a different folder and I suspect I have a few broken links but for the life of me I am not able to see what the problem is. Can someone with IE 8 look at this link and tell me why it looks fine in all browsers except IE. I know IE shows broken links (images) while FF does not so I am assuming that is why it looks fine in FF and Chrome, etc.

Looks exactly the same for me in Firefox and IE 7&8, the only thing that doesn’t work right in IE is the footer but i didn’t really look into that too much.
