It looks like you might have some learning to do. Do you know any JavaScript? (I presume not, given that you are calling it Java, which is quite different.) Socket has its own website (http://socket.io/) and there is a lot of other info online, but you need significant skills with JavaScript and programming to use anything like this.
Perhaps say a bit more about what you are hoping to achieve, as there might be other options.
