I’ve just noticed in Google Analytics that some 50% of my visitors (Mostly on mobiles and tablets) do not have " Java.Support"

Does that mean that all my javascript scripts do not work on their devices?

Java is not JavaScript

Fortunately few if any web pages require the Java plugin any more. Your stats indicate that a large number of your visitors still have that security hole installed in their browser.

JavaScript is built into most browsers and so can almost be guaranteed to be available for your visitors although quite a few turn it off on sites where the scripts are broken.
