I want to know,
When i write down the code in JavaScript for functionality and visibility wise like, menus and hide/show menus and slide-in menus.
Is it visible to search engines?
I have no idea about it.
Give me some clarification regarding this?

It is but search engines don’t care about it, they mainly focus on the HTML eg header and anchor tags.
Is there any alternative to represent the data like menus and all, without using javascript. In simple way?
Take a look at CSS (cascading style sheet ) menus. Plenty of ready made ones out there and online building wizards
