I am trying to access a websites files via FTP however and trying to configure and enable it on mission control web admin but it is not accepting the default Port 21. Does anyone know if Joomla uses a different port?
AFAIK, Joomla is just a CMS and doesn’t have control of FTP services. That would be in your host’s settings.
Try port 22 for SFTP. Then if that doesn’t work, check your host’s settings and make sure FTP is turned on.

That is another problem it is not letting me turn it on either in my hosts setting. Because of the fact I need port number to turn it on and it does not accept 21. It just lets me enable it.
I am trying to configure with FTP in my the webhost but then I get this error…
JFTP: :connect: Could not connect to host ' kamakomanufacturing.com ' on port ' 21 '
Did you try port 22?
Yea that didn’t work.
If you can’t turn it on from your host, you should contact their support. Every host is different.
