jQuery: Make a footer stick only if?

I want to be able to make my footer stick to the bottom of the browser, but only if the content doesnt fill out the entire page…

I have found several of tutorials and scripts which make my footer stick but all the time. I want the footer to fall down if the content fills more than there is room for in the the browser window… Can somebody please help either give an example or guide me in the right direction…
