[JQuery multi-click-slider] problem with script on two different installs

When you hover over the Designation logos, the text below them changes. The one on http://test.scic.com/ is the way it is supposed to work.
The one on http://test.scic.com/files/durable/index.html doesn’t act the same even though it uses the exact same javascript and has the exact same HTML content.

Can anyone explain why it isn’t working the same on both?

They work in the recent Google Chrome web browser, and in Internet Explorer 9.

An alternative reason for it not working might be sue to your web browser caching an older version of the page. You can reload it with Ctrl+F5 or Shift+F5 to bypass any caching issue.
