jQuery Novice to Ninja exercise files

I bought the jQuery Novice to Ninja book along with the HTML5 and CSS3 books, in the Christmas deal last year, and I have finally got around to reading through the jQuery Novice to Ninja book. My question is, I cannot seem to find any of the exercise files. Can anyone enlighten me as to where I could find them please?
