Jquery slider issues

Hi

I am facing some issues with Jquery Slider, here is the link http://englishonmobile.in/newwebsite/EOMnew/who.html

First of all it does not shows all the slides equally and secondly it has not smooth transition.

Can anyone please resolve the issue?

So what did you try and does it give any errors? a bit more of info could help.

I try to change a little bit Jquery code but not found why it has not smooth transition, because after displaying 6 elements, it has to play smooth transition for new loop, but it fluctuates…that’s it.
