Hello everyone I want to put jquery tip effect when hover over on input. See the attached image at below that I want.

This cluetip seems to do the job http://plugins.learningjquery.com/cluetip/
It has an arrows option that you can enable too, so that an arrow points in the appropriate direction to what was hovered over.
