I’ve just had a problem with my account, and the only way I could get it sorted was to create a new account, because you have no contact option unless your signed in, and validated, not sure if this happens enough to warrant it, but even logged into my account I couldn’t ask for help, as all kinds of posting etc were not accessible to me, so I wondered about a contact method that was easy to find, and didn’t require logging in or anything, then should someone have a problem they can still get hold of a staff member to get the required help, just a thought as I say.
