Keep text central in banner

Hi there,

Ive been trying everything I know, and have come up short.

Can someone help work out, how I can get the text in the banner to always be in the centre of the screen. the margin 0 auto trick doesnt work. Is it because its position is relative?

set margin to 0 auto works with a width mentioned for the wrapper. Those many elements may not required to be positioned.
