Keystone/ Mongo on shared hosting?

Hello,

I am trying to setup a basic keystone.js mongoDb site.

Is this possible on shared linux hosting? How would I go about it?

Or perhaps I could hook my site up to mySql?

Can I do that on my current shared hosting?

If you’re just starting it’s up to you.

keystone.js works with Node.js and MongoDB

While a lot of shared hosts have PHP and MySQL it might be a bit harder finding a Node.js host, TBH I don’t know, I’ve never looked into it.

But they are two entirely different things. You should pick one or the other.
