Does sitepoint kickstart your dev business kit include some sample of contracts? If so are they suitable for UK based businesses?

It does come with some examples yet you need to remember that you need to check with your local regulation as these contracts are very generic to suit almost everyone. You would need a lawyer to confirm that the contrac does comply with the laws in a particular country.
Although I would say that the way they are written it is unlikely that the contract brakes any rules of any country… but you can’t never be too sure
