I have some idea about vector. I don’t have enough idea about vector. So how/ where can i learn properly vector design?
This is too general a question. You need to do some research, like on Wikipedia etc., then come back with a specific question—like how to create a specific kind of vector object. There are vector programs like Illustrator, or free alternatives like InkScape if you have a small budget.
