Does anyone know who I can contact with questions?
I have one questions. Everything I saw on the learnable site talked about open chats / forums for course work. But isn’t that only when the course is new and live? So is my only option now to read what others have posted during the course?

No, each lesson for each course has its own open forum / Q&A section where you can ask a question, and that question is open for the presenter and/or other participants to respond to right now.
A few courses were first run before Learnable was started, and did involve a few online chat sessions, but even these courses now have the same Q&A forum where you can ask questions. So it’s very much live and interactive.
