Libraries of commonly used Associative Array Dictionaries

I’ve done a few forum searches but nothing seems to catch my eye as being an answer to my question so I’ve created a new thread in the hopes that these exist somewhere.

I’m looking for libraries of commonly used associative array dictionaries. Are there repositories for this sort of thing and where can I find them?

Isn’t that what the built-in PHP array is? An associative array?

Yes, I understand what a PHP associative array is. I’m asking if there are repositories of filled arrays. Say for countries by abbreviation, or countries by capital, or ACTUAL dictionaries as in word lists, or just countries, capital cities, etc. I’m not sure if they have a name used to describe them so I tried my best in a short amount of time.
