I have built a CMS for a particular industry and will be offering it as a hosted solution. My lawyer forwarded me a first draft of a licensing agreement that he drew up, but it seems way over the top for my purposes. I was wondering if anyone has an example of a licensing agreement for a hosted CMS that they are willing to share.

No, I haven’t. But, it’s 11 pages long with so much lawyer speak in it that my eyes glaze over when I try to read it. My normal web design contract is only 3.5 pages and has served me well over the years.
Maybe it is what I need. I really don’t know. That’s why I’m asking to see examples of licensing agreements for a hosted CMS others have used, so I have something to compare to.
