Licensing and Embedding Flash Objects in Website

I need to find a softare company that specializes in 2D CAD Flash applications that I can embed and support in a website. I’m not even sure if such a company exists after spending a couple of days browsing around for one on the internet. I found a company in the UK that has something that might work, but they are slow to get back to me and that is not good. If anyone has any ideas on how to go about finding such a softare company to work with, please let me know.

Can you be more specific about the functionality you require from the application? Who is it aimed at, how do you see it working?
