Line-height issue with arabic characters

Hello,

I am experiencing a weird line-height (?) bug in the footer of the arabic version of my website.

In fact the roman text in the bottom left corner should have the same line-height everywhere but instead some words appear elevated which makes them look like superscripts.

Strangely, this bug is present in Internet Explorer 8 only! Other versions of IE look fine to me…

Can anybody help?

Thanks…!

Hi,

Try this:

#footer p em,#end p em{vertical-align:baseline;}

Seems to cure it for me.

Excellent. Thanks a lot, Paul!
