I’m coding a webdesign template and I’m wondering: is there services that’d allow me to demo this template (as themeforest do) so that my visitors could see
it in action by just clicking a link on my website?

Is there a reason you can’t just load the theme into a sub-directory of your site so that it will just be another page? Here is a tutorial on how to move a root install into its own directory.
