I am looking for a document (sort of a contract) which allow a non-profit organisation to loan equipment to it's members. Does anyone know if this document has a special name?
Members would need to agree to terms before providing their signatory at the bottom of the form. This would cover areas such as damage liability and loan terms. Any examples would be great as not sure how to word this.
It sounds like you need a contract attorney to build you a document.
I know it's tempting to try and find something generic but between your individual state and the particulars of your exact business offering getting that couple hours of consultation and customization is worth it more often than it's not.
