Looking for a plugin that allows me to assign images to a custom field

I cannot seem to find a simple plugin which allows me to upload or choose images from the media liabray for custom fields. I want to be able to define some custom fields (per post/page) which would contain some images to display for that post or page so that a client can easily change the images themselves without having to know the image URLs. Anyone know of a plugin like this?

Have you tried the new wp function get_post_thumbnail…This will let you assign one image to a page only however

Apart from that there is flutter and magic fields which the latter I havent used
