Is there a plug in I can use in order to make a website translate from the English language to the Korean language?
My clients wants this.

Is the site in WP or another CMS? Have you looked through the WP codex or the CMS’s plugins? Have you searched Google or another search engine for that type of plug-in? Seems to me there are many translation plug-ins available. If you can’t find one doing a search, it’s doubtful anyone here has one either.
