Looking for good social media agencies

Hello everyone!

I hope someone here have experience with any good social media agencies because I need your help. The point is that now I’m promoting a new online fashion ecommerce store and I need to find real professionals to help with my web marketing. For now I found these guys

There are many agencies out there who do social some well, many not so well. Do you have a budget in mind and an emphasis [influencer outreach vs network social vs internal training]?
