im looking for framework or easy prototype that already is ready and open source for building Application that is similar for IDE GUI (only the GUI) .
is there such?

Oh extJS is free as long as you give away all the code you build on top of it. That’s all part and parcel of the Open Source License that you can develop with at no cost.
The only other option with it is to get a commercial license with it, which you have to pay for.
i know all this . i wander if there is free option without open my source
