I don’t know about Swiss hosts but I know that WebHostingBuzz now has servers (in the UK) to serve their European clients. I’ve had ZERO problems with WHB’s US operations over the past several years so I would definitely recommend them. As for being Swiss, the Internet is fast enough that the short distance should be insignificant and WHB does provide cPanel in several languages (so it should fit your needs whether you speak German, French or Italian).
Whoops! Apparently not Italian! Sorry about that (but that is an impressive list - to me).
