Looking to create a web 2.0 landscape background

I’m looking to redesign my homepage. I’d like to theme it around a countryside style landscape, similar to the background in this image: http://newsletters.123-reg.co.uk/Sept-2011/header.jpg.

I’m not a pro in Photoshop, but can anyone point me in the right direction?

A background like that is probably easier to do in Illustrator (or similar vector-based drawing program, such as Inkscape). Just open a program and start drawing. :slight_smile:
