say i am drawing through an of a flower and when wanted to scroll the window, then the selection line will be lost.
if i press space bar and scroll the window, then when i release the space bar, it completes a wired shape.
how can i remain in the exact point where i left before started scrolling?

I don’t know which drawing program you use, but in Paint Shop Pro you can push the “magic lasso” tool (without clicking!) to the window-border you want to go, and then the image is scrolling automatically towards that side.
Afterwards you can go back with the tool, and go on where you was.
If it is Photoshop you are using, the trick is to not move your cursor between pressing space and clicking to drag the mouse. That way you should be in the same place when you release the spacebar.
