I have a website and it give error when checkingout after address sometimes it says “Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time.” or “we cannot process your order as there are no shipping methods available for it, please check your mailing address” whereas the address is right. what can be the problem?

i think that the reason of such error can be in your shipping methods, try check it, maybe there some mistakes there. Check the list of allowed countries in you shipping methods.
You just check where you do shipping in control panel. suppose you had selected right countries then again save it… It must work then.
Check if your shipping methods are enabled or not ?
