Mailchimp HELP!

I have a website where I sell sunglasses.
I created a newsletter signup form which inputs the email address right into mailchimp

1920×1080 144 KB

I created a template
1920×1080 373 KB

I want to send that email to everyone who joins the list (as the list fills up)
Is there a way to do this?
