Is there an online tool I can use to map an RSS Feed to an XML file.
I am using a tool that imports XML files and doesn’t work with RSS Feeds…

RSS is XML
If the tool you’re using fails on more than one RSS file, my guess is that tool is at fault.
If it is a problem with only one file, try validating it http://validator.w3.org/feed/
If it isn’t your own RSS and it isn’t valid I don’t know what you could do other than contact the source and ask them to please fix it. More than likely they would want to know about the problem and be happy to fix it.
